This affects us all

In reddish Ohio the Dem is advocating for abortion until birth. In contrast, bright red OK gives it 6 weeks. @stoneaxe27 will just take horse medicine!

What a stupid response on his part. BTW the same “my body, my choice” women decided others didn’t have a choice with Covid vaccines. So they actually support “My body, others’ choice”.

The government allowed millions to be injected and more importantly tried forcing the entire country to be injected.

Good little lackeys like @stoneaxe27 and @JeffT818 wanted to force this crap into everyone.

Dems exposed their own hypocrisy when the supported the vaccine mandates. On an untested vaccine. If you are going to pick a battle, at least pick a good one.

Abortion up until birth, unless necessary to save the woman’s life, is disgusting.

As part of my repeated "follow the money" here is what's happened with some PPE, almost ALL only available from Chin-na in bulk.

Surgical gloves are up 400 % since Wuhan Flu emerged.

Downstate Illinois could have brownouts too! All thanks to Green energy which means NO Energy!
As the former Head of Sales for a large deliver of generated electricity demand in the deregulated market in NJ, NY, and Penn, I am very familiar with current and future demand.

Closing down Nuke plants WILL fatally reduce the ability to regular necessary and needed demand for electric power. NOT to mention the cost to produce said power.

I would strongly suggest that you that own your own home go towards solar collection installs to do 2 things; 1. reduce your monthly power bill, 2. increase your sale price of your home DRAMATICALLY. (as much as 20 %)

As a former Residential Real Estate Appraiser, WITH the current tax CREDITS available it's not expensive.

Hey Mr BLM @nthomp and Mr “all MAGA are racist” @stoneaxe27 - it looks like you two and your Democrat party did an outstanding job of insuring minority American children will be poorly educated thanks to your Draconian Covid policies. As if this outcome wasn’t easily predicted. I don’t know what racists would do differently to achieve the outcome that you two and your party made happen. Congrats!

Thank God for Ron Desantis and Republican governors helping ALL kids in their states

This should surprise no one. Dem policy always widens the gap between the rich and the poor. Look at every major city in America for an example.

Not surprising I was responding to @stoneaxe27 here. Also not surprising he is gone. Typical liberal. Remember when he said closing schools would be good for kids?

Yep, not a shock at all that the resource poor (i.e. lesser quality if any computers and/or broadband) suffer during remote learning.

I, of course, knew this 2 FULL years ago. When I returned from a trip to a military base from Utah I received a ride home from a math teacher at a very good prep school. I asked him, "How much are they learning remotely percentage wise?". His answer, probably about 1/3 of what they would learn in the classroom. It was worse than I thought....

I've been saying it for 2 years - the complete disregard for kids in all respects is criminal. History will be written by these kids and they will hate this most selfish of generations and specifically - the Democrat party. Of course the future dumbasses like at @stoneaxe27 in 2100 will say the "Democrats of 2020" are now the Republicans of 2100.

This guy sure knew what he was talking about….

Democrats are really struggling with their message. Is the economy really doing well, or are all minorities really hurting right now? Depends on the day, I guess.

Keep it up Brandon !

This is a real shortage ! Not something like toilet paper.

Baby formula shortages are real and vitally important for Mothers and their new infants.

It takes over for the nutritional needs of infants between breast milk and baby food. Especially if the hospital has injected the Mother exiting the hospital, to stop the natural production of breast milk. Not to mention the intestinal problems to the baby on one formula and forced to another brand because of shortages.

Again the dems hurting children..... what sicko’s

Democrats just hate America which is why I am surprised by @JeffT818 . He seems significantly brighter than @nthomp and @stoneaxe27 who are both full-fledged lunatics.

My Senator, Mark Kelly, wants to get rid of the federal gas tax until his election day in November. That will save me 18 cents per gallon after the 250 cents per gallon rise given to us by Biden, Kelly, and Democrats! Mark Kelly is a nitwit. Just last week gas prices rose 17 cents per gallon. This is happening even with Brain-dead depleting the US Strategic Petroleum reserves for the remainder of the year. You know, the reserves Trump put in place over Democrat opposition by filling it when oil was Trump - cheap at $2/gallon.

Hey @rillaman - do you really think women are so UPSET about abortion until full-term that they will vote Democrat despite the fact that they have to burn significant amounts of extra gas as they drive around trying to locate baby formula? Biden has even f_*ked up baby formula! Perhaps if you can't abort them, you starve them

I think there is a significant % of women that care more about "women's rights" than the cost of gas. I have had this conversation with neighbors, my MIL, and many of my wives friends. They think the GOP does not care about women's rights, and vote Dem for that reason only. I don't think many support abortions up to 40 weeks, but they also think that happens only when there is a health concern for the woman. They are probably right about that. I don't know anyone that has aborted a baby in the 3rd trimester. I doubt you do either.

They are more concerned about abortion being illegal. They don't like laws that make it illegal early on.

I think if the GOP would say they support women's right to choose up until 12-16 weeks, and put them in line with almost all other countries around the world, they would gain even more female voters.

I also think there is very little chance the GOP would lose voters by taking that position. Evangelicals aren't going to start voting Dem if the GOP moves their position a little bit.

I think most of these women will believe whatever the Democrat party tells them so they really aren't in play.

I don't know any woman who has had an abortion since it is none of my business. The only time the issue came up with wild ass liberals was a couple that needed in-vitro to get kids. They had twins and were adamant that they were not alive until they had been born. Pre-birth - just tissue cells - not life. I found that to be truly cold considering they paid big money to get pregnant. But, they are mentally ill in my opinion.

Those two clumps of cells graduate from high school this week.........

I think you are right, for the most part. But the floundering economy, massive inflation, and complete lack of care about children/parents has some women questioning things that they haven’t questioned before.

Obviously anecdotal, but I had beers with 3 other neighbors on Saturday night. One is pretty far right, and they other 2 admitted they leaned left. We had a great conversation. One of the left leaners said women’s rights and environmental concerns cause him to vote Dem. After talking through a lot of nonsense that he believed, he said he would vote Republican if they had a reasonable position on abortion. I believe there are a lot of people that feel the same way.

That is one reason I am not a politician - I don't tolerate 'stupidity' very well. On the other extreme is Bill Clinton. I recall a story where he was in a room full of admirers but there was one guy who didn't like him or wasn't going to vote for him. Bill spent a lot of time with that single individual......apparently it didn't sway the guy but Bill really worked hard in the retail sense.

The other Bill story was 1992. He went to a NASCAR race and they had a driver named Mark Martin escort him around the garage. They assigned Mark the task because he was from Arkansas. Mark was like "Thanks a lot" as he had to escort the Dem candidate around a garage full of Republicans (including Mark).

Lastly, a guy I met in NY who related the story of his Labor Day race at Darlington in 1976. At the entrance, they were accepting $1 donations for Jimmy Carter (this is in South Carolina). Well, Frank had 50 yard line seats and down the aisle comes Jimmy and Frank shakes Jimmy's hand. After Jimmy left, the guy next to Frank said "why the hell did you shake his hand"? The guy then related how at the door when they requested $1, he said "Sure, if it pays for the bullet"....

Tough crowd. Frank for the record was just being polite as he was a Republican.

I have a fun question for everyone, looking back on things now or even in 10 years... what will be the most ridiculous "science" things told to us about the pandemic?

A few of my personal favorites that will never get old:

- 2 weeks to slow the spread
- schools {or insert place of choice} are super spreaders
- actually any use of the phrase super spreader

"If you get the vaccine you won't get COVID"

"Kids are resilient"

"We have to close down the small shops to slow the spread, but it is OK for Wal Mart/Costco/Sam's Club to remain open"

"Vitally Important"

"Trust the Science"

I find the overwhelming percentages of real Women understand the stance of the Supreme Court that Roe is bad law and SUPORT the change to States rights. ESPECIALLY NO abortions without issues with the Mothers health or the Baby in the second or third trimesters.
