Who is wanting them back? Enemies of of the people
Actually, that lawsuit was on behalf of 5 plaintiffs, none of whom were on the flights. The judge had expected the plan not to proceed simply because he later in the day had a hearing scheduled (all the plaintiffs remained in the US) Then the judge started (illegally in my opinion, but we'll see) started issuing verbal orders to take control of military aircraft on a mission that was arguably a national security mission.

No one wants them back. People want to dunk on Trump so desperately that bringing 200+ terrorists into the country and the potential collateral damage that could flow from that is acceptable.

Forget it….

Chuck Schumer mocked hard working Americans for not wanting their taxes increased. Good stuff, another reminder what your party thinks of the average American.
Chuck like Nancy and the Democratic leaders in Congress need to move on. I saw that reality a while back. A new era of politics is waiting to form and explode within the Democratic party. Similar to how the Republican Party was completely taken over by MAGA.

You need to suspend the flights until the matter is settled. What are you going to do? Ship them all to El Salvador and then have to ship them all back to the US if the government loses the case. That doesn't make any sense.
Aside from the first one that was already in the air outside of US airspace when the judge tried to recall it from the bench (before even issuing his ruling), have they sent another flight? I thought all thet was paused until the legal stuff plays out.

Edit, should have said the first flights (plural), that left prior to the "order".
