I want the people who violated our Constitutional rights and lied about everything to be held accountable. Frankly, Fauci should be in jail for essentially paying off the researchers who quickly discovered the virus was not natural. Those researchers who did the 180 and then kept silent should be held accountable, as well. Most of the safety protocols Fauci “recommended” were made up BS. How are people so stupid with face masks? It’s a basic biology class in high school where you learn how small viruses are. A cloth mask isn’t going to do jack to prevent anything. I’d like to know who the Karen was that reported us to the PoPo during early covid when we met up with some close friends a few hours away and were throwing a frisbee in an empty parking lot. My Class # 88, at the time I entered, was both the Largest starting ( 154 as posted) and the Largest number of Graduates, 54. ) 2 weeks later one graduate shot himself, which made 53 !
At this time, early 70's, there were NO female Troopers and the MINIMUM height was 5' 10". Several years later ONE female made it thru the Academy. (Her name is Gail Just, and she retired a Captain.)
The Federal Government sued the NJSP and the parties entered into a Federal Hiring Decree for new NJSP.
Part of the Decree was to remove the minimum height to allow Women and Hispanics more opportunity to become Troopers !
Along with that was the adjusting of MANY of the previous physical REQUIREMENTS to graduate.
Here are some of them:
1. Run was reduced to 40 minutes to complete the 5 miles.
a. Runs were done with sneakers, carrying water bottles, and gradual monitored build ups to THE run.
2. Women's pushups and pullups permitted.
3. Boxing WITH headgear and bigger gloves.
a. ALL bouts with SAME sexes.
b. Timed bouts, no multiple bouts in a day. ( 1 applicant died in ring !)
c. Video all bouts for grading purposes. (See above !)
4. One class was ONLY female, they graduated 28 females !
In the past during DAILY runs, you ran till the Instructors wanted, no time or distance was known. You could drop behind your platoon, but you HAD to keep on a trot. STOP and you were dismissed for good.
Then immediately after the run you would go to the gym for callies !
The class loved seeing stragglers, because the callies wouldn't start till the entire class was reformed and they could catch their breath !
Callies were jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, jumping jack/squat thrust/push up/jump up to attention, repeat on the count on the Cadet chosen to lead the class on the front podium. (One Cadet was too tired to do the exercise, but kept the count going. Instructors were too bust yelling at the rest of us ! When they finally noted his failure, we never saw him again.. GAWN !)
Today there are many females, Hispanics, and a great mixture of Americans and the Decree has been eliminated.

It doesn’t take an NFL level athlete to run 5 miles in 40 minutes, do 30 pushups in 2 minutes, 30 sit-ups in 2 minutes, and run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes (9 minute mile pace). Those are minimum requirements.

Basic Training in the military has changed since the 70’s and 80’s. Posting what the current requirements are doesn’t prove what you think it does.
