Not weeks away in Colorado. Several counties have put indoor mask mandates back in place. We are conditioning our kids to be terrified of everyone and everything, even though their risk is incredibly low.
Who could have seen this coming? The experts are baffled yet again!

It is what it is, that is why you ask for a jury trial instead of one by the court. If you have the facts and law on your side you have the court decide. By definition a jury verdict is an unknown, arbitrary. Plus I heard today that he had a couple of Million in donations, so they were able to afford the jury expert from the OJ trial, and the best attorney in Wisconsin, and two rehearsal trials.

I've talked to a couple attorneys, that said they should have pled him down to lower charges. Once it went to court, and the full details came out, it wasn't a good case for the prosecution. Incredibly tough for them to win.

Rosenbaum was a registered sex offender. That stems from a serious case out of Arizona, where he once lived.
He faced 11 charges in that case, but they were amended in a plea deal, and Rosenbaum was convicted of amended counts. According to online court records, Rosenbaum received 10 years in prison on Dec. 12, 2002 for sexual contact of a minor, and then was sentenced to 2 years, 6 months for sexual contact of a minor related to the same 2002 incident.

Bloomberg News and the Wall Street Journal are reporting that problems with the supply chain are easing up.
On MSNBC earlier, Walmart U.S. CEO Doug McMillon actually gave credit to the Biden administration for working in concert with private industry to help elevate the issues.
In response to Stephanie Ruhle's question about supply chain issues, Furner said, "Well, the combination of private enterprise and government working together has been really successful."
"We've had a lot of participation -- been able to participate in solving some these congestion issues, so I would like to give the administration credit for helping do things like get the ports open 24 hours a day. To open up some of the trucking lines, when the container ships are put onto small trailers and moved off the port. And then all the way through the supply chain there's been a lot of innovation."
That's not the type of information you're likely to hear on Fox News and most right-wing outlets who are using the pandemic and the problems associated with it to club the Biden administration over the head on every front imaginable.
