I don't love the full tight goaline, as you eliminate any momentum of the back. Spread it out a bit, don't try to rush the play off like a gimmick, and smash somebody. A back with some steam will move a defender forward, especially DY

Agree Oskee, those are the things that cost teams games. Won't be shocked to see a 99 yd TD drive. We've seen it before. When they run the Maryland I, don't always have to give it to the deep guy. Do something different!

I thought the guard and tackle were okay from what I saw. Clary just didn't recognize the blitz and it hurt... since Donnovan ain't gonna take off from the three yard line like Walter Payton. (or even his son who played at the U.)

Didn't need to be Walter. Just go up 6 inches and he is over his lineman, extend the ball and in. Yes, the push should have been better, but there was space to get in.
