Forget it….

It is simple in this situation. Forget the Foreign policy, national security red herrings. Before someone is removed from the U.S., they are entitled to have a judicial officer determine that they are the person the Government claims them to be and in the case of an alien, an illegal alien. That is Due Process of law as guaranteed by the Constitution. How would you like a government official accuse you of being an illegal, putting you on a plane without a chance to prove that you are a natural born citizen?

Where and when has this happened?

You’re saying this is happening to natural born citizens.

MS-13 gang member with 14 felony arrests. Democrats have ruined this state with their compassion for criminals.
These Latin-American gangs are a different breed than our home grown ones. They have everything dialed up a couple of notches. So compassionate of the libs to support sanctuary policies. These gangs terrorize law abiding Latin Americans in our communities. Dems are so compassionate.

You know what is new? MAGA congressmen threatening to impeach judges. Didn't see that in the article, did you? MAGA attempts to intimidate judges are being taken to a new level.

Sure, if you ignore that Dems were talking about impeaching judges the last few years. One party bothers you, the other does not. At all.

This was over 5 years ago. This isn’t new.

Not even close to the same thing and you know it. This deals with personal misconduct not a judicial ruling. There has never been the vitriol against lower level judges rulings until now.

What a bunch of BS. The author is trying to draw equivalence between impeaching a judge and attempting to murder him or her. And what can be said about a federal judge who issues an order preventing the Treasury Secretary from accessing Treasury documents? Whether that’s worthy of removing that judge from the bench I can’t say but we do have a process to answer that. It’s called impeachment.

That isn’t threatening. The judges are violating Article II of the Constitution and not acting in good faith. If you care to actually read the Constitution, the Founding Fathers wrote in there that Judges who are not acting in good faith can be impeached. This is a lot different than Dems riling up their rabid followers to go to a Justice’s house and protest, scaring the crap out of his kids and inciting one person to bring a gun and intend to do harm to that Justice.

What personal misconduct? Allegations, never charged with anything.

And no one on your side had any problem with people harassing him and his family.

Appeal the ruling. That how it has worked for almost 250 years.

You’re like a coke baby. Right and wrong don’t compute. Whatever these leftist judges do, it’s OK. It isn’t OK. They’ve crossed a line making unconstitutional decisions about items that are clearly Executive Branch functionsand the Constitution that you ignore provides specific remedy, which is impeachment.

Not acting in good faith? Judges have never been impeached for a ruling. I will pay more credence to Chief Justice Roberts than you when it comes to the constitution.

Jeff, the supposed Reagan Republican, has clearly immersed himself in all things HuffPo, Mother Jones and possibly Kos. The tariff hater couldn’t remember that Reagan put tariffs on Japanese electronics and quotas on Japanese import vehicles, which is a barrier to US markets. How do you break that barrier? Manufacturing vehicles in the US.

DeepState "GDP". One of the revelations made crystal clear in the Doge and Trump financial cuts so far is how many people made their very comfortable living off the federal govt. Want to regulate appliances to make them more efficient, hire consultants galore and give out grants (like $1-2 billion to Stacey Abrams) to distribute free appliances to underserved communities. Our entire govt operated this way.

As this form of govt is curtailed the primary financial impact is going to be on deep state Democrats and Republicans who lived sucking on the govt Teat, (but I'm guessing it was overwhelmingly Democrats). If Doge/Trump cut $1 trillion, how many thousands and thousands of deep staters are going to have their income cut off? They are going to see the Dems as their only hope and 2026/28 as their last chance. No wonder the partisans are digging up carefully selected justices to try to block Trump's agenda. Their livelihood depends on it.

Reagan believed in free trade. He never got into a moronic global trade war like Trump. Reagan also believed in the US taking an active role in global leadership and respected our allies. Reagan would have never gotten played like Trump did by Putin. The only areas of commonality between Reagan and Trump are lower taxes, less regulation and reluctance to engage in conflict.

Stonedax disagrees, but BO says they can kill them here when designated terrorists thanks to Bush the younger

At this point, there are more than 125 lawsuits filed against the Trump administration. The tactic is obvious. Paralyze the administration so it can't do anything. Now I'm going to run down three of the lawsuits, and remember, 125. I'm going to tell you how absurd they are. And then I'm going to tell you how this has to stop and who could stop it. Is that fair enough? Now I always advise you watch the NoSpin News and listen on the radio with a pen and pad.
Okay, first lawsuit is Schilling versus Trump. All right, this is Emily. U.S. Naval personnel, 19 years, she's trans. You remember that President Trump said, no trans in the U.S. military. He's the commander in chief, that's an executive order. Now there's a lawsuit in the Western district of Washington, why? Because the judge there is far left. He doesn't have jurisdiction, by the way, and the case will get tossed. But it's there, the lawsuit is there. Lawsuits filed, the Trump lawyers come in, the judge makes a ruling, the Trump lawyers appeal the ruling. That's how it goes, but it takes time, okay? Now the commander-in-chief has an absolute right to order the military to be configured the way he wants it to be configured, all right? We go back to President Clinton, don't ask, don't tell. You can be gay, but you can't talk about being gay. That was Clinton's executive order, and it stood for more than 10 years until Obama knocked it out. So before Clinton, you couldn't be in the military if you were gay. They found out, you were booted. Dishonorable discharge. So Clinton wrote an executive order, said, no, no, no, and the order stood. So if Clinton can do that, Trump can certainly say no trans, because there's precedent.
The second lawsuit, this is USAID dismantled. It's not dismantled. So there are eight lawsuits because of Doge. Doge went into the United States aid unit, which receives guidance from the Secretary of State, the State Department, but it's independent. and it has to be knocked out by Congress. Trump can't knock it out. But Trump hasn't knocked it out. There are 300 people working for USAID. But all of their expenditures, because they were so outrageous, Elon Musk exposed them, have been now subject to review. And the lefties don't want that. So they've sued. They'll lose. Because the President of the United States has the absolute authority to stop fraud. That's it. He's a chief executive officer, law enforcement officer of the land. That's his executive power. If USAID is sending millions of dollars to the country of Sri Lanka for some insane thing, the president says, no, no power to do that. Okay, that's number two.

All right, number three is the deportations. Now, Trump made a mistake saying that the judge who ordered the stop for the criminal migrants should be impeached. The president should not have done that. And the Supreme Court justice, John Roberts, scolded President Trump. Because you disagree with the judge doesn't mean he should be impeached. But again, this is not going to be successful for the lefties or this judge who held it up. Why? Because the president has designated the group Tren de Aragua from Venezuela, a criminal gang, as terrorists. US government can shoot them. We're doing a favor deporting them. They could shoot them, just like we did with ISIS, because of that designation. Military going to walk in and wipe them out. And that is a law that was passed after 9-11 and signed by Bush the Younger. By the books. So, Trump's not shooting them. He's deporting them. And the judge goes, oh, I wanna see. Okay. Okay. Then the White House lawyers go in, appeal that. But John Roberts, Supreme Court Justice, should have taken the case right there. So the Supreme Court is gonna take a look at it and put an end to this. Because everybody knows what's happening. The left-wing activists are seeking liberal judges to stop everything Trump's trying to do. Supreme Court knows that. Stop it, you have the power to stop it. It'll eventually happen, and all the things I just told you will come true, Trump will win all of those cases, but what the left is hoping is it just drains and drains and drains and drains and demoralizes, demoralizes, demoralizes, and the left-wing press is going to prop it all up. And that's what's happening. And that's the Memo. We're on it, but the Supreme Court is gonna have to stop this, because it's madness. It really is.
