Forget it….

Where and when has this happened?

You’re saying this is happening to natural born citizens.
Melon head, I was giving an example of how the law works, and how even you MAGA's wouldn't be in favor of arrest and removal without judicial oversight. Stick with scanning the web for Venezuelan crime.

These Latin-American gangs are a different breed than our home grown ones. They have everything dialed up a couple of notches. So compassionate of the libs to support sanctuary policies. These gangs terrorize law abiding Latin Americans in our communities. Dems are so compassionate.
Unfortunately for your assertion, MS-13 was founded in the United States.

Stonedax disagrees, but BO says they can kill them here when designated terrorists thanks to Bush the younger

At this point, there are more than 125 lawsuits filed against the Trump administration. The tactic is obvious. Paralyze the administration so it can't do anything. Now I'm going to run down three of the lawsuits, and remember, 125. I'm going to tell you how absurd they are. And then I'm going to tell you how this has to stop and who could stop it. Is that fair enough? Now I always advise you watch the NoSpin News and listen on the radio with a pen and pad.
Okay, first lawsuit is Schilling versus Trump. All right, this is Emily. U.S. Naval personnel, 19 years, she's trans. You remember that President Trump said, no trans in the U.S. military. He's the commander in chief, that's an executive order. Now there's a lawsuit in the Western district of Washington, why? Because the judge there is far left. He doesn't have jurisdiction, by the way, and the case will get tossed. But it's there, the lawsuit is there. Lawsuits filed, the Trump lawyers come in, the judge makes a ruling, the Trump lawyers appeal the ruling. That's how it goes, but it takes time, okay? Now the commander-in-chief has an absolute right to order the military to be configured the way he wants it to be configured, all right? We go back to President Clinton, don't ask, don't tell. You can be gay, but you can't talk about being gay. That was Clinton's executive order, and it stood for more than 10 years until Obama knocked it out. So before Clinton, you couldn't be in the military if you were gay. They found out, you were booted. Dishonorable discharge. So Clinton wrote an executive order, said, no, no, no, and the order stood. So if Clinton can do that, Trump can certainly say no trans, because there's precedent.
The second lawsuit, this is USAID dismantled. It's not dismantled. So there are eight lawsuits because of Doge. Doge went into the United States aid unit, which receives guidance from the Secretary of State, the State Department, but it's independent. and it has to be knocked out by Congress. Trump can't knock it out. But Trump hasn't knocked it out. There are 300 people working for USAID. But all of their expenditures, because they were so outrageous, Elon Musk exposed them, have been now subject to review. And the lefties don't want that. So they've sued. They'll lose. Because the President of the United States has the absolute authority to stop fraud. That's it. He's a chief executive officer, law enforcement officer of the land. That's his executive power. If USAID is sending millions of dollars to the country of Sri Lanka for some insane thing, the president says, no, no power to do that. Okay, that's number two.

All right, number three is the deportations. Now, Trump made a mistake saying that the judge who ordered the stop for the criminal migrants should be impeached. The president should not have done that. And the Supreme Court justice, John Roberts, scolded President Trump. Because you disagree with the judge doesn't mean he should be impeached. But again, this is not going to be successful for the lefties or this judge who held it up. Why? Because the president has designated the group Tren de Aragua from Venezuela, a criminal gang, as terrorists. US government can shoot them. We're doing a favor deporting them. They could shoot them, just like we did with ISIS, because of that designation. Military going to walk in and wipe them out. And that is a law that was passed after 9-11 and signed by Bush the Younger. By the books. So, Trump's not shooting them. He's deporting them. And the judge goes, oh, I wanna see. Okay. Okay. Then the White House lawyers go in, appeal that. But John Roberts, Supreme Court Justice, should have taken the case right there. So the Supreme Court is gonna take a look at it and put an end to this. Because everybody knows what's happening. The left-wing activists are seeking liberal judges to stop everything Trump's trying to do. Supreme Court knows that. Stop it, you have the power to stop it. It'll eventually happen, and all the things I just told you will come true, Trump will win all of those cases, but what the left is hoping is it just drains and drains and drains and drains and demoralizes, demoralizes, demoralizes, and the left-wing press is going to prop it all up. And that's what's happening. And that's the Memo. We're on it, but the Supreme Court is gonna have to stop this, because it's madness. It really is.
I don’t expect Roberts to do anything. He should, but he won’t.

How are those Ukrainian ceasefire talks coming along? Not looking too good. I don't blame Trump. Putin is not interested in peace.
Just two weeks ago, MAGA was blaming Zelensky for all the peace talk problems. What a joke. Putin will always be the impediment to peace.

No, just allegations with zero evidence. Is that better?

I don’t condone either case but it is much worse to threaten judges for making rulings that happen to make Trump angry. Chief Justice Roberts understands this but you don't. Defend your side no matter what.

I think both sides suck, haha. Not a fan of either threatening judges. It’s just not new.

Dems have sympathy for the terrorists actually killing Jews in Israel. What does that make them?

And it’s funny, no one here is calling the left Nazis.
False, I am calling the left a bunch of Nazis as evidenced by their use of Swastikas on a Tesla owned by Jewish Americans.

The Democrat party which founded the KKK is burning Tesla vehicles as a warning similar to the crosses they burned on African American's lawns. Some things haven't changed - the Democrats are conducting a campaign of terror.

The same people who killed Lincoln also tried to kill Trump three times in 2024.

This isn’t new. Apparently you forgot the Kavanaugh show

Threats made by the Senate Majority Leader, no less, Chuck U-turn Schumer.

Not even close to the same thing and you know it. This deals with personal misconduct not a judicial ruling. There has never been the vitriol against lower level judges rulings until now.
Jeff, breathe, use your brain......there has never been a massive coordinated attack on the executive branch in the history of the United States by Democrat activists masquerading as judges until Trump was elected. It is unprecedented and will either be put down by the Supremes or by the other 2 branches.

It's obscene and naturally you are upset because you are Jennifer Rubin, Mika, and Joe Scarb all in one. Like Mika and Joe, you too will flee to Florida being the hypocrite that you are.

Jeff loves bloodshed. Jeff's sources are again anti-Trump and pro-war.

Trump will get peace. Putin AND Zelensky will both submit to Trump. Zelensky will lose US support and his country if he doesn't come to the table. Putin will be sanctioned to the hilt and see Ukraine armed by the US if he doesn't submit.

This isn't your beloved Joetato or Word-Salad Kamala, Jeff. This is Trump, he has a hammer and he will USE it.

The sources I posted are not anti-Trump, if anything they are anti-Putin. Again, if the talks fall apart I will blame Putin not Trump.

I hope you are right but Trump has a lot more leverage when it comes to Ukraine as opposed to Russia. Putin will continue to work around sanctions with assistance from China and select other countries if he desires to continue the war. If Trump is able to pull off a peace deal that is equitable, he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.

Running count First 56 Days = 125 injunctions from low level Judges.
125 injunctions, but Jeff thinks that nobody should be doing anything about it. That's abnormal. Most presidents don't face 12 in 4 years. That's 10x as many in 2 months. It's deliberate and political, not judicial. Impeachment and/or the threat thereof is more than acceptable..

With the mass exodus from Florida currently underway, Florida is set to gain only 4 electoral votes in 2030.

Thanks to Stone, we can lower our expectations from plus 8 to plus 4

FYI, it would not surprise me if more people start leaving Florida. There really is a housing affordability problem. My wife and I have been looking at houses for about a year in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Taxes and home insurance alone will cost us about 23,000/yr for a 2,200 sf house. We are not looking at anything near the coast.
About a year ago, we were thinking about putting an offer for a house that listed for 950k. The house is still on the market at 775k. Definitely a buyers market in the area.

Not sure where the 125 injunctions are coming from. It's completely believable, but here is the reality. It's still completely ridiculous and easily seen as being political, which is exactly what it is. Judicial overreach.

Trump has a ton of leverage with Russia. Make no mistake.

It isn't all "how can I hurt you" leverage either. China's expansionist tendencies must threaten Russia to a good degree. The US needs rare earths, and Russia needs capital and perhaps technology to exploit them. Reintegrating Russia with the rest of the world, removing sanctions, getting their sports teams unsanctioned, etc. are big carrots.

Putin can choose the hard way or the prosperous way. Zelensky just needs to kiss Trump's ring and at the end of the day he has a secure country or the military resources needed to defend Ukraine.

Last I checked that insurance is equivalent to property tax in Texas or Illinois (especially Naperville). Arizona may be your play if you are looking for 2200 sq. Insurance is reasonable as is property tax. Housing has soared in Arizona too - but for what you are seeking you wouldn't have to live in the far reaches.

All in all, the influx to Florida will continue. Hopefully, RDS can find a way to address insurance costs.
