Sure might be one or a few nuts, but they did not start the conflagration. Sure might be a few looters out there, a handfull have been arrested and the streets are being patrolled now, including National Guard. What is the point of pointing out a few nuts exist as they were not the cause of the huge wildfires.

After Sandy sections of Manasquan were closed to anyone NOT a legally recognized resident of the closed area.
The entrances were Troop car blocked by Louisiana State Troopers, checking proof of residence

Patrolled by NJ National guard, armed & ammo.
