I told you guys about 6 months ago of the SEVERE shortage of uniform Police in the subway AND the ENTIRE MTA system ! (Subway and buses !). That every Patrol precinct coming off midnights MUST "volunteer" 4 Patrol members to "volunteer" for 4 hours of OT before they can go home to sleep for another midnight tour ! Amanda (Sgt on mids, at least askes anyone that wants to work, before assigning her 4 "Volunteers" !). Except nobody wants the OT anymore !

A female Lt that worked for him was allowed to assign herself with OVER 1,600 hours of OT = $ 204,000 PLUS her normal salary of $ 164,000 ! = $ 368,000 !, not one arrest , except hers !
