After the fact Oregon is claiming they work on committing 12 man on the field penalties and the penalty at the end of the game was intentional. it certainly worked leaving tOSU out of time to kick a field goal. Interesting if true and probably is for Oregon. Wonder what intentional penalties Illinois has up its sleeve?
