No more FCS games for Big Ten football teams....

I have not seen mention of this, but the ADs voted to stop scheduling FCS schools and are mandating a certain amount of games against big 5 conferences. Also, moving to 9 league games and only 3 OOC games. Don't know all the details, but surprised no one else has mentioned this.
