As noted, everything that was UP under Biden is now down. Inflation, Eggs, Oil, Government jobs, illegal immigration, Gov't Fraud Waste and Abuse (thank you DOGE and Elon!)
Everything that was DOWN under Biden is now up. Jobs, Foreign Investment in USA (7 TRILLION!!), Deportations, military morale, Border Patrol Morale, and Tariff Revenue is UP!
The country is happy. Jeff will die miserable. Oh well.

First I am not an expert in this law. Second, I do think there's a compensation fund that does pay those who have sustained vaccine injuries. Third, vaccines are generally viewed as of such benefit to the general public (at a very low financial cost) and the limits on lawsuits help to maintain said benefits without costing us a lot more.
In certain contexts, it might make sense for allowing this type of lawsuit for a less proven but potentially important vaccine. I don't have a strong opinion on that, but it would certainly mean such a vaccination is much more costly than the typical ones.

It is just common sense that the military is more popular with a strong commander in chief. Biden and Democrats blew the best recruiting opportunity since the 80s in Top Gun.
I do recall, Jeff "I'm for Due Process for illegal, wife-beating, gang-bangers" saying he was ALL for kicking out battle hardened American warriors who didn't want the death jab. Jeff also wanted people to lose their jobs for not taking the death jab and was totally onboard with restricting access to the US for those who chose not to comply.
When Jeff was afraid for his life, he was willing to give up all rights.

It may be common sense to you but that is not what happened. They increased their recruiting efforts in a number of ways. They also created pre-boot camp training to allow potential recruits to get up to speed before actual boot camp. The best results were in August 2024 well before the election.
Biden had bad immigration policy but he did not violate the constitution. If he did, please point out which article he violated. The constitution is in force when deportations occur.
At least you are honest that you are willing to toss the constitution aside when it doesn't serve your purposes.
These immigration matters should be solved in short order.
Much rather discuss the economy. Will see how long it will take for Trump to fix what he blew apart. Trump owns the economy now after liberation day. Biden is irrelevant.

The prior admin probably should have done that if they were planning on allowing millions to surge our border.
They started a fire. Now they are real pissed about mistakes being made while putting it out. I don’t love it either, but bad things will happen when you intentionally overwhelm our systems.
I think we would all have different anecdotal stories about this. Certainly not the experience I had, outside of the elderly people in my neighborhood.
We hung out with neighbors regularly during COVID. Inside, didn’t worry about who was vaccinated and who wasn’t, let our kids hang out all the time. All of my conservative neighbors were comfortable doing that.
Of course we all had COVID early and often, because we socialized a lot. But also, no one got really sick. Kids spiked high fevers, parents would be fatigued for a few days, but outside of that we didn’t see anyone getting seriously ill.
Where in the Constitution do you find that provision that Biden broke by letting them in?

They had a bill negotiated to do just that when Trump told the Repubs to vote it down because it was a campaign issue. It worked for him, but now you can't complain.
I can certainly complain that they let that many people in, in the first few years of the Biden admin. No one can honestly blame that on anyone else.
Trump went further shutting down the border. That bill still would have allowed a pretty significant # of people in each year. He shut it down. So I can’t blame him for the issues that were created the last 4 years.
