Did Trump get it right to attack the entire world at once? I am guessing that was not the best way to handle it. You are giving your opponent in negotiations numbers to hit the US economy back with.
The flip side is at least he is trying to level the trade playing field. Is there another president that even attempted to do that?
I think the 6 months wait and see is fair.
I would have handled it differently, but he gets mad props for even taking this on. No one else would have even tried.

I spent a few minutes searching his story to see if a motive has been declared. What I found is he disliked both Biden and Trump, was in financial trouble, was out of work potentially because of an auto accident, was being foreclosed on, and had a case pending in court from an incident(s) where he was involved in physical violence against his kids and wife (ex?), etc. Basically a guy in crisis, who also allegedly tried to commit suicide.
What isn't discussed yet is why try to fire bomb the governor? Now that the media can't blatantly blame it on Trump, it probably will go quietly away.
