Rant on and ignore reality. I could post many articles and they all say the same thing, undocumented workers have the right to due process under the Constitution. Sorry that reality is so painful to you.

False, at least not in the sense that you believe. Before someone who entered the country illegally is processed by immigration officials, they fall under immigration laws. The President has broad authority in how those cases are handed. “Due process” may involve as little as verifying they are in the country illegally and sending them back. Obviously if you catch them in the act, that process is expedited. They are not entitled to all of the protections of the Constitution that are afforded legal residents, regardless of what Google or any media outlet would like you to believe.

Most cases are indeed open and shut and due process is limited. However, if they apply for asylum they then are entitled to have their case held before a judge. It appears that at least some of the immigrants sent to El Salvador had applied for asylum and their cases were not heard. That is a violation of the Constitution.
We are now discussing this term and all of the legal challenges in two months.
DOGE would have a difficult job if they tried to do the job properly in a thoughtful manner. However. cutting staff in a very ham-fisted way isn't hard at all and not following basic federal employment law is pure amateur hour.
I am not opposed to reducing the federal workforce but do it in a more thoughtful manner and follow the law. A number of the judicial injunctions are the result of not following federal law.

We, at least I , haven’t said they are entitled to the entire slate of rights. But even if here illegally, someone has to make that determination other than the arresting officer. These that are being deported are for the most part here legally. They are here claiming sanctuary from the government where they come from. They are here with temporary status awaiting a determination of their claim .
It is a difficult job and it is understandable that some mistakes were made. However, those mistakes are violations of the Constitution.
Let's just say you are right. So, they bring back these illegals and a bunch of them skip their hearing and come across your wife. They rape her and bash her head in with a rock. But Trump is dumb and you can feel good about this. What about your wife's constitutional rights?

You can say that about every worker in the world. There is always someone better or something that could be tighter. I don't think all of these laws are as clear cut as you claim.

A Presidential Admin can revoke the visa for any reason with no court process. If a person with a visa can be sent packing without “due process”, what should you properly conclude about people who are here illegally who obviously don’t even have a visa? Anyone with brain cells left would understand that they can be deported without seeing judges. If someone wants asylum, they can go to specific ports of entry and take their chances as to whether or not they meet the requirement that your new friends on the far left bent way beyond what fits the definition of asylum.

True to an extent. But that is what caused the asinine flights in so that they could make applications at authorized points of entry.
