Why do you assume that the reaction to the CEO killing is only from the left? It appears that this murder has touched off a populist reaction that is not tied to any particular political ideology. There are many people of all political persuasions who have had claims unfairly denied and are angry about it.
It’s most prominent from people on the left. Anyone justifying murder concerns me.
We have an issue in this country where all crime is being minimized and justified. Is the criminal a victim of some kind? OK, we really can’t come down on them. Instead, let’s try to understand and justify their actions.
Pardoning Hunter because he was a drug addict is a concerning precedent to set. Commit all the crime you want, if you are connected, or have any type of victimhood in your history. You won’t be punished.
You might even be able to kill someone and get away with it. A significant part of the country will want to protect you.
