So the Illini will have 4 more scholarships to give, and they will save 1 for Kofi. They think Kofi will probably be back, but they are going to recruit like he is leaving.
I would also add that this will not be quite as bad as this every year, because there is only one transfer allowed where you don't sit out. So if 40% of Division 1 Players transfer this year, you won't ever see this many again.
