Starting this thread with 6:45 left in the Oregon and Iowa game, and I've come to the conclusion that for the Big Ten to win a national championship again the coaches are going to have to change their game. Watching the Pac-12, Big 12 and top-tier SEC teams it's clear that the style of play with all the space, movement, off-ball screens, cutting, passing at a high tempo with significantly less dribbling is the way the game is moving. The style of play is so modern and fun to watch, and I'm sure more fun to play in. Until the Big Ten adapts to this style of play, they will struggle to win a national championship.
