I think our roster looks a little better than last year, especially given how bad Cosby and Starks turned out to be. But, I am little worried about the lack of continuity.
As things stand, only 5 guys played last season: Hill, Nunn, Tate, Morgan, and Black. That means Groce has to integrate 7 "new" guys and maybe even 8 if we fill the last ride. Should be easier with Abrams, Finke, and Paul, since they have been around, but this is a lot of new pieces to figure out, for a team that had a lot of problems with team play last season.
