A few random questions for Doug. I was looking at depth chart above and thinking about the possibility of a bowl next year with a more experienced roster. One can dream anyhow. A few players I was curious about:
Andrew Trainer---I remember them switching this tall kid from TE to T and thinking with his quick feet, it could pay dividends when he is ready. What is the thoughts now that his weight seems to match the frame and potential.
Edwin Carter--What surgery did he have and how is he healing? He looked great catching balls from Rivers when his horrific looking accident happened. I don't remember even reading what the specific injury was, let alone what his progress might be.
Isaiah Gay-- Maybe I have missed it. Is he playing much?
Admittedly, I don't follow football as close as I used to. They could certainly reel me back in with one more good performance like yesterday. If any of this was posted/ written about recently, sorry for missing it.
