The 18 play , 11 minute drive was the difference. Had them stopped 3 times... pass interference call and the spot on 4 th down were blown calls. Defense was on the field too much...ran out of gas.
Patchwork line performed very well. Lunt played ok, but he just can't make a play with his feet often enough to make them dangerous.
Back up running backs played well.
A lot to build off of....think they can actually win some Big Ten games this year.
Milan and Phillips went down...hope they're ok.
