Going out to two decimal places. I put last week's projection, the Pomeroy rankings and the Bart Torvik Tourneycast % after the # of wins just because it's interesting.

2. Penn State - 13.88 (12.86, #11, 100%)
3. Michigan State - 11.85 (12.06, #10, 100%)
T-4. Iowa - 11.52 (11.47, #21, 100%)
T-4. Wisconsin - 11.52 (11.14, #28, 96.2%)
6. Illinois - 11.33 (12.36, #32, 92.6%)
7. Rutgers - 11.06 (10.93, #29, 98.5%)
8. Ohio State - 10.65 (9.86, #9, 100%)
9. Michigan - 10.13 (9.27, #14, 99.4%)
10. Purdue - 9.72 (10.96, #26, 58.7%)
11. Minnesota - 9.56 (10.10, #31, 40.6%)
12. Indiana - 8.41 (8.22, #49, 57.4%)
13. Nebraska - 3.25 (3.56, #135, 0%)
14. Northwestern - 2.46 (3.07, #129, 0.1%)

*NCAA Tournament Projections/ BracketMatrix Seeds: (10-11 bids)
8 Locks (95+%): Maryland (2), Penn State (4), Michigan State (5), Iowa (6), Ohio State (6), Michigan (8), Rutgers (8), Wisconsin (8)
1 Near-Locks (80-95%): Illinois (8)
2 Bubble In (51-80%): Purdue (10), Indiana (11)
1 Bubble Out (25-50%): Minnesota (NIT 1 seed),
2 Out (<25%): Nebraska, Northwestern

*Seeds as of 2/16

*Illinois is fading a bit but is still a near-lock for the NCAA Tournament. Would be nice to finish top-4 in conference. @Penn State will be almost impossible to win but 4 of the last 5 are very winnable. Start losing the easy games and then we are in big trouble.
*The Big Ten Championship is coming down to Maryland and Penn State.
*Danger zone for Purdue and Indiana. Minnesota is 12-12.
*Michigan, Penn State, and Ohio State had great weeks. Purdue and Illinois has awful weeks.
