OT thread

Ya, still wrong. He said it never happens. Then he said just a few. Stone doesn’t know what he is talking about.

Most of those “companies” give payments to individuals as part of their scam.

He needs to learn to sit out some of these convos. It just exposes how clueless he is.

Would it not be very difficult for a typical Medicare patient to defraud the system without a corrupt Healthcare organization? Doesn't almost all Medicare fraud originate through corrupt Healthcare organizations?

I think that is his point. I don't have Medicare so I don't know.

Typical Medicare patients are not the ones looking to commit fraud, but some take advantage of the program. Some might not even know that they are committing fraud. That’s why the official govt website warns people about different ways individuals and scam businesses commit Medicare fraud.

He didn’t say that. He said individuals don’t get $ from Medicare. That is false. Passing the $ through a business doesn’t mean individuals aren’t the ones eventually getting the benefit or free services.

He’s like you, he doesn’t know. But he speaks very confidently about something he doesn’t know. And he’s wrong. He knows it, that’s why he backpedaled from “no individuals get Medicare $”, to “only a few”.

And for those claiming that non citizens never get Medicare $, again, try to think critically.

"The federal criminal complaint states the pair put foreign nationals in charge of the labs, most of whom have left the country and not returned."

Those foreign nationals were getting paid by businesses that were committing Medicare fraud. The fraud $ went to the businesses, and the businesses pay foreign nationals. In the end, that has foreign nationals getting Medicare $$.
