Decided to volunteer this winter, and I'll be coaching 3rd grade boys basketball. I've coached 13-15 year olds before, but haven't dealt with the little guys. Just 1 hour practice once a week, and 1 game on Saturdays.
I'm sure it's going to be organized chaos, but would appreciate any advice on what works with kids that age. Obviously most focused on the kids having a good time.
