The new Rivals.com prospect database has been released.
Click on "Prospect Search" on the top line menu to access the advanced prospect search tool. "Show Filters" to change the parameters of your search.
This isn't yet a complete product. There will be other search filters added, like an offer only filter and the ability to sort by position, star ranking, etc.
For the current Illini offer list, go to "football" on top line menu and scroll to "offer list".
