My oldest son, who is as freakish about all things illini as most of us on this board, was saying what a must win today is at Purdue. As we discussed keys to the game, he said, "trouble is, when was the last time we won a must win game?" As I thought about it, in recent years they have been few and far between. Are statistics on our side today? Or have we won more than my bruised and battered illini defeatist mind can remember? I think if we win today we are in.
