1) Happy New Year (except for the murders in New Orleans. Makes it hard to celebrate our Illini today)
2) Doug posted post game that the OL was a key and they were. It was a joy to see our running game, even with a fumble in the end zone.
3) SC won the turnover battle, 2 to 1, yet we won. Congrats to the entire team.
4) Shane Beamer can kiss my grits. I love Bielema calling out SC for the fake signal on the kick return. The TV broadcast got it all wrong and Beamer acted like a crybaby, including in his post game comments. Bielema punked him and it may have helped the Illini's momentum.
5) Finally, we have had our ups and downs as Illini football fans but yesterday was a great game and I have it recorded!!!!
