As well as Painter's teams do in league play, why isn't his tournament record any better? Thru 13 complete seasons (05/06-17/18) he has taken them to the NCAAs 10 times. In 4 of those tournaments they have won 2 games and reached the Sweet Sixteen but have never won a game and reached the Elite 8. His team has seemed to overachieve again this year in the league but the tournament track record has been puzzling/disappointing IMO.
