Lovie and offense (offensive)

:( Lovie’s weakness has always been on offense. He had great NFL defenses but no experience on the offense of side of the ball and it seems even less appreciation for it. He’s got to get an appreciation for offense in the college game, (nod to Dtrain).

Maybe Rod Smith will be the answer. But he needs a quarterback and he need some time. Barring a miracle today, the only hope is that the offense grows, shows some life, and one of the freshman QBs becomes the QB of the future.

Oline?? We’ll see if Butkus is the problem. Larry Boyd and Verdis Brown could be big answers. But at this point, there’s a greater chance they won’t even be on the team next year, then that they will be contributors.

Offense can’t be that hard. What is Mike White doing now?
