Tre Watson deserved to be benched. He was drug for extra yards. Came up on the tight end where his job is contain and let the QB get outside. He is not a very solid linebacker. He can make a hustle play, and a play off a blitz, but can not make many plays in the hole. Did the same thing last year.

All our linebackers are more athletes (side to side) and not the physical types that can fill holes.

I love Roundtree but he is not making plays anymore and has no burst or fire. Crawford made some hustle plays, but we needed a bigger DL in for this game. We need a line up with a couple more athletic DT moved to DE. We needed to try a 5 man front more (if we did at all)

The combo of LB that do not fill gaps and non-physical DE = QB power for 10 yards like what we say, and off tackle power by a grown man transfer from Miami.

Carmoni Green decision to receive the punt was ridiculous. He was mentally not ready for that. I wonder how many times they told him that if it hit the ground get the hell away from it. Should have been the last thing they said to him. Turner did the same thing later, gathering around the ball. (He also drops some critical passes almost every week)

Should we really be surprised that we looked good against Iowa and terrible against a hungry team that everyone thought we should beat. That's youth, and that'scollege football. Clemson lost to Syracuse. Wash St got blown out by CAL. How would you like to be a fan of them this morning.

All these true freshmen, no seniors, and a limited QB are going to make it a struggle every week. We have been really young before over the last 20 years, but never have we seen so many young guys with promise playing so much. It will pay off.
