False. Those who have not been vetted through our immigration system are entitled to some natural rights and protections that have been confirmed by the Constitution. But they categorically do not possess all of the Constitutional rights of those who are in the country legally. No right to keep and bear arms. No right of assembly. No right to petition the government. No right to a jury trial. And “due process” for someone in this category is much different than for a legal resident of the country.

If that is my post, I said that IF HE WAS CHARGED WITH MURDER, the illegal immigrant has all rights of a citizen before he can be convicted of murder. That is beyond dispute. If the issue is can an illegal be deported, much less process is due. So maybe we agree! Finally!!
