Jafar Armstrong update

Illinois (smartly, IMO) got in early with Kansas WR Jafar Armstrong. Then, the coaching change happened. The three-star quickly made his way back out to Champaign, though, met with Lovie and the offer was re-upped. Now Armstrong's stock is taking off and Illinois is already in with an offer.
