Article in News Gazette today has a quote from Mikey basically reiterating problem we have had for a while, we get down by 10 or 14 points and we shut down. This is a cultural problem and is not easy to fix. I believe Lovie and his staff will change this very quickly. Culture change began this year when he benched players who did not give all out effort, played those who did not quit, particularly the freshmen on defense. Recruit the type of talent we need (physical OL, DL Linemen etc) will bring a different mentality and begin the culture change. Tough to be a physical team when you too many finesse players on the roster.
