Sounds like the journalist at Yahoo Finance doesn't like Trump: 1) flimsy lawsuit, 2) venerable newsmagazine 60 Minutes.

Hopefully more of the haters will quit at CBS.

Actually the ruling was on Trump Admin.'s authority to repeal the temporary protective status of Venezuelan immigrants rule that Biden created. If a President can enact a rule a President can repeal it.
