These are the results of a poll in Maine (probably done by a pro women in women's sports organization). However my guess this would be the results pretty much everywhere.
"A survey by the American Parents Coalition found that out of about 600 registered Maine voters, 63% said that school sports participation should be based on biological sex, and 66% agreed it is "only fair to restrict women’s sports to biological women."
The linked article has the story of 4 girls in Maine and their experience with trans athletes and their experience dealing with the Dem majority lawmakers that want to keep transgenders in women's sports. Pretty much the same story everywhere.

You own it, but you have to pay taxes because every year there needs to be schools, Sheriff/Police, local government services, streets government buildings etc.. Easy concept. Idiotic idea to do away with property taxes. Benefits the wealthy.

The ITF in my opinion successfully resolved the issue for track years ago. Trans aren’t allowed, intersex has to take testosterone suppression drugs.
The reason this came up again in boxing is that their governing organization - the IBA - didn’t use these rules and had an ad hoc program about determining the issue. Separate and apart from the competitive stuff, the IBA was run by Russian stooges so they basically got booted from running the Olympic boxing stuff and the IOC (which doesn’t have these rules because it really didn’t “run” actual sports) was in charge for boxing in the Olympics. Now one could say that the IOC has a bunch of woke morons running things, but they also shouldn’t have been running them.
My beef with the whole thing is that acting like there are easy answers for actual hermaphrodites is really silly. It took years of fighting to figure out what to do with this situation.
Obviously trans women are much easier, they should play men’s sports.

Trump also was making a deal with India and now that India and Pakistan together demonstrated restraint, he wants to make deals with both of them. Well, that's according to Fox News.

You really have to understand where the poor/low income Citizens live and the high/wealthy income Citizens reside !
In NJ and elsewhere there is Section 8 housing 100 % for rental units for persons that can't afford to own a home, they pay NO PROPERTY TAX.
Before Tiger bought his 12 Acre property on JI, the highest property tax was for a guy that owned not only a huge car dealership, but an estate on Jupiter Island in Martin County !
His yearly Property tax: $ 250,000 a year !

Actually there are the official heads of the Dem party that were installed recently, there is Barak Obama and those like minded people who want desperately to get power back from Trump, there is the Dem donor class like Soros Jr, and there is whatever strategists they have hired and are working to make sure they attack Trump at every turn and win back the House in 2026. I have no doubt there is a war room and coordination at the highest levels of these folk.
(However, for the Repubs their strategy is Trump. If he does well on the issues and the economy, that is good for Republicans. If not, the Dems get back the House. I have to admit I'm rooting for Trump as the Biden years were worse than terrible and I think the future Dem party is left wing progressive, which is what Biden's admin was, whether he knew it or not.)

Sheriff, local government services...we pay for their damn retirement pensions while we pay for our own retirement. It isn't idiotic to do away with them. Find a different way to fund it. And no. Property Taxes being paid/not paid do not benefit the wealthy. No property taxes benefits the first time home owner and the lower income folks who are home owners.
