My rule is to use UBS and have them create a model portfolio commensurate with risk threshold. The beauty of UBS is my broker has some high dollar clients. Generally speaking, I'm sure they buy the same mix of stocks for all of their clients.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Hwang is a UBS client. Did you know UBS sponsors the Monaco Grand Prix and gets 20 free elite suite tickets? They've yet to offer me one, but I'm guessing Jensen can have one at any time.

Yes, due process is important. Serious people (and I consider you one) should not be mocking it.
We want to treat the bad people the same as the good people, particularly since the due process everyone is entitled to removes any doubt that the bad ones deserve their prison sentence, deportation, etc.

I have been amused at all of the announcements since January 20 of the Billions$ even Trillions$ in investments and new plants coming to the US, supposedly brought about by tariffs. Anyone that knows how these large Billion-Trillion$ corporations plan realizes that these new plants have been in the works for years. They have to plan the size and specifics of the plants/facility. Find a list of possible locations. Analyze the transportation in the areas, the housing, the schools etc. to attract employees. Then when they narrow the possible sites down, they begin negotiating with the state and local governments for waiver of restrictions, waiver of taxes, contributions to the costs. In other words, it takes years, not a few weeks. They certainly are not planning based upon the on again off again tariffs that may not be in place next week let alone 2-3 years from now. These investments/plants will not take place during Trump's term.
Do you know that group was brought in here by the Govt.? They may have been here or just came in as members of a Mexican Cartel that has been operating for years in US.

Deportations for instance could have been done properly, provide a due process hearing and return to original country.
