Forget it….

Your opinion says it’s complete nonsense. You are wrong 99.99% of the time. Do you have articles to back you opinion up? No?
Do they ? They are making the assertion based upon pure internet crap. But that is what 99% of what your posts are based on.

I don't think Biden was much of a President. However, as we keep seeing in jobs reports, Trump was handed a solid economic situation. One that deregulation and tax cutting could have sent into an even better situation (the tax cutting is complicated by the expiration of the 2017/18 cuts but maybe some reworking of that legislation is the best way to say).

Instead of going the Reagan route, he went full populist and the chickens have come home to roost. It's been an epic two days of failure, and things aren't headed in a good direction unless the course is radically altered! Not the best for anyone!

Why are we hitting Vietnam with huge tariffs btw? Their tariff on non-agricultural goods is 8%. That's so low as to basically be an import fee. They assuredly don't buy much from us either as their country is poor. What exactly did they do wrong beyond trying being a good fair trade partner?

Oh well, I'm sure Americans will be lining up to make T-shirts and shoes for $2.75/hour, if that.

1) I'd guess China is using Vietnam to avoid US duties
2) Screw the Oregon Ducks.

Oil futures DOWN 7 %.

Several Countries around the Globe want ZERO tariffs !

I took a PUT position on a new stock pick, this PM.
UP at the end of the day, but I held so as to be not identified as a day trader by the regulatory bodies.

US jobs report far exceeds with government sector losing job and private sector far exceeding!

Canada meanwhile- they best submit.

When the US is in a full fledged bear market and the wealth effect makes an impact you will be watching the layoff numbers instead.

Trump is a living joke. This is a historic blunder. Wait for the blue wave in 26.

Dream on Jeff. You just want your 20M illegals every 4 years so that you can live a life of relative life of luxury until you die. Keep spending an extra 2.5 T every year that we don't have and on and on.

Trump is indeed your worst nightmare as he is addressing the problems that you claim to hold dear: the debt, rule of law, election integrity, and the long-term survival of the Republic. The jobs report was awesome and the jobs that were created were paid for by the PRIVATE sector - not your money via debt.

Cut government, bring back jobs, fair and free trade - all Reagan ideals that Trump is bringing back to America after a whole string of sellouts.

America is on its way back, and Jeff does not like it one bit. 36T in debt requires a major course correction. Pain today or extreme pain in the future. I'm just glad I voted for an adult rather than an unqualified word salad (after voting for a dementia patient).

If the US thinks China is doing this, they can investigate it, sanction the offending companies, and work with the quite friendly Vietnamese government (which has its own issues with China) to remedy them.

Yet again, the Trump Admin could handle a lot of things very differently. It has chosen not to, and the already fading approvals are about to take a big wallop.

I definitely could be wrong, but the Republican Party is not in good shape to win many competitive elections between now and 2029. Not the best!

I thought the same about Dems back in 2021, but thought Trump was their only saving grace around that time. I was wrong ... they were in such bad shape they could even lose to Trump.

Trump is already working with the friendly Vietnamese government and my expectation based on today's TRUTH posts is Vietnam and Argentina will be rewarded for making early deals and held up as positive examples.

Prior to liberation day, it was known that Vietnam wanted to eliminate tariffs.

Stop trying to equate Trump with Reagan, it does not compute. You look foolish trying to ignore a historic blunder by a US president. This is the first time in recent history that a president tanked the markets all by himself.
Keep babbling about a jobs report that is a lagging indicator that has no relevance to the recent events.

Can't wait for the Sunday morning shows! Should be hilarious! Even, a protectionist like Jim Cramer of CNBC is blasting Trump.

Did you see the Fed Chief is talking about inflation being the major concern? Might have to raise those rates again!

Trump did find a way to make people forget about SignalGate!

The guy that bought my home in NJ when we moved to Jupiter Island, had an athletic supply business that PRIMARILY designed and sold T-shirts !

He paid cash !

The T-shirts were probably shipped in from a place like Vietnam; the logs/designs were done here and printed on them. A simply supply chain at work.

Very few textiles made in the USA now. Way too cheap of a good. Even the hardened protectionists tend not to demand the return of textiles.

You are incorrect again. He bought American goods and manufactured/designed everything at his store.

He designed the shirts, printed them in the back of his store, on his spinning machine 4 at a time.

Before you opine more of what you know not... He also had a huge machine that would embroider hats, and other goods.

Dr T-Shirt.

Trump is a record setting president!
He certainly is !

Me MAKING $ 1,400 on Puts for APPL that I bought on last Friday, IS OVER 300 % PROFIT on each contract !

Which are the record for any trade of mine held less than a week !

Absolutely right. We were working to build an SE Asian coalition which included them to separate Viet Nam from China. Oh well. I believe most if not all of our Nikes are made in VN as they are paid a couple of dollars per day. Do you think those jobs will come back home? They are in VN as China became to expensive at $7 per day. Are we willing to pay $800 for a pair of Nikes? I guess MAGA is if they are gold and say Trump.

We will see if more Republicans in Congress grow a spine. If Trump is going to tank your reelection chances, then you might as well speak up.

Milbank has signed up to provide 100,000,000 Millions of dollars in Pro Bono work for various Trump interests !
Do you know why all of the legal firms are willing to promise 100 of Millions in pro bono work in exchange for Trump's promise to leave them alone? It is a meaningless and unenforceable promise. The firms get to "agree" who to provide the services to. Those are services they already provide, so nothing given. The firms will provide the billing to achieve the number promised. LOL. If or when Trump realizes he has gotten nothing, what can he do about it? Nothing. I think the firms are despicable for caving, but they know they are giving up nothing monetarily, just self respect.

For example, the Navy person that was awarded $ 10,000,000 from CNN could now get Pro Bono work from Milbank.

A decent rep Firm, World Wide and size !

Free is for me !

House Rep = 210
Dems= 203

Dems looking to lose 5 - 7 seats as Blue States lose populations to Red States.

Using slave labor overseas is not something you should hang your hat on !

Just like Reagan, using force when necessary.

Trump - the most dynamic political force of the 21st century. Although Jeff would choose Joe, Macron, or Justin.

To think, the liberal Democrat anger is directed at Trump (even though Nancy and Chuck were all for this in the 90s). Crazy. Like our resident Reagan conservative, they sure have evolved!

Your vote helped to burn the country down. Congratulations! How does it feel to have voted for a moron?
Trump started the MAGA movement and he going to end the MAGA movement as well.

China isn't "booming." It's economy has actually disappointed for the past 6-8 years, as that moron Xi cracked down on the free market. And in fact, the more it embraced the free market, the more it boomed ... to the tun that the average Chinaman makes about 20% of what the average American does.

Btw, the Hoover Institute ran a person who didn't sell his soul out to Trump like VDH to explain the terrible nature of tariffs. That man is named Thomas Sowell. A few of you have heard of him.
