The number one determinant in a country having a robust economy is a stable government where property laws are well established and stable. Citizens will not bother to create a business of any size if it can be taken away from them. Many if not most third world do not have such governments. Since Trump and MAGA are isolationists, nothing can really be done to help these countries.
