I am a fan of coach Hillmann and what he's doing but i do find it odd that the strength program does not do a lot of snatches and cleans. I'm sure that coach Hillmann does many other things to help with explosion but most college weight rooms base their workouts on those types of leg workouts. Do you think that, that might possibly be a reason why some question the illini's explosion or what's your take on it? Thanks. Not trying to bash the strength program, as I said I believe in what Coach is doing, just curious on these specific workouts.
