With all the injuries and departures to the defensive back field, there has to be position changes coming I would assume. You cant play the whole season with walk-ons in your 2 deep.

The guys I think should switch sides are, Jakari Norwood, Trenard Davis, Nick Fedanzo, and Carlos Sandy.

The running back group is so deep. There are 4 maybe 5 guys ahead of Norwood and Fedanzo and those guys are pretty damn good. Plus we have chase brown and reggie love being added next year.

Norwood to corner, he has great speed. Hes has decent size to be a corner, 5'10'' 190. Not too many people would be able to run by him. He needs to be coached on the position obviously.

Fedanzo: move to safety, 6 feet and 210. Hes got great size and pretty good athleticism, sprinter in high school.

Davis and Sandy to corner. They are not going to play much on the offensive side. We need to get the scholarship guys on the field.

It's like Ryan Gosling's character in remember the titans. The wide receiver is too fast. Send in Petey Jones to cover him because he is the better athlete. "I haven't practiced with the defense coach!"

"It doesn't matter, I just want you to go out there and cover 83!"

I would rather have scholarship athletes back there. And if they get beat I can live with that. Get the best athletes on the field.

Sorry for the long rant. Thought?
