How crazy are these people that the Dems/Legacy media gaslighted them so badly that they think Trump wants to end all abortions and would ban it nationally?
BTW, Tim Walz was such a boost to Kamala’s campaign that Trump actually won Walz’s home county. And that reminds me…I was wrong about JD Vance. He has the perfect demeanor to be on Sunday news shows. Very good debater. Excellent speaker.
Another stat for the never Trumpers who have all vacated this board. Most of them anyway - Rill remains.

My uncle (retired Chicago area attorney) sent my brother and I an article that talked about how Kamala didn't win because men won't vote for a woman. It was a lazy article, and I couldn't help but think that the left hasn't learned a single thing this election season. This was my response....
"I don't think this is going to make people look at the left more generously. There should be some introspection. She (the "journalist") admits she doesn't want to think about why Kamala lost, only wants to think more about how Trump won.
I think identity politics really hurt the Democrats this election. Constantly dividing people and judging them by race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. I think a lot of people in the middle generations are tired of it. Just talk to us all as Americans. Stop changing your message depending on who the audience is. And stop telling people half the country is terrible.
Both parties should be taking some long looks in the mirror, instead of constantly bashing the other team."
He called me after, and we had a great conversation. I reminded him that we have neighbors and family members on both sides of the aisle, and they are all good people. I told him that people look at protecting women in different ways, and that's OK. We should talk about it. We shouldn't just vilify people that disagree and call them extremists. The people who are unwilling to talk to people they disagree with in a calm manner are the ones that become extreme.
The reality is that the Democrat Party has been owned by the far left since 2008. It’s extremely lazy to say “men won’t vote for a woman”. How about running someone good? Kackles couldn’t even get through a tough interview, didn’t present any real platform and simply said bad things about Trump. She was known as a far leftist in the Senate, despite the media and Dems trying to wipe it out, she was the Border Czar. She wasn’t likable and the “joy” ended. They could have run a male of her stature and he would have lost, as well. People are done with illegals/open borders, criminals not being prosecuted, the high prices directly caused by the policies of the current administration of which she is the VP. The foreign policy is terrible. The majority of Americans understand there are 2 genders, do not want children get genitals mutilated and they don’t want men in womens bathrooms/locker rooms or their sports. The autopsy, if the Dems are honest with themselves, is a simple one. Shut your far left up. Shut down Antifa. Move back toward the middle and classical liberalism. People absolved Trump of the Covid year because they remember ending wars and an economy that worked for everyone. It’s as simple as that.

I fail to see why if a huge State like Florida can count AND certify their votes, the same day, why a Federal law can't be issued to copy-"cat", their entire process !
Local State election boards can give up their "local" control for an efficient, safe election for ALL parties !

Common sense is slowly coming back. Will the Dem party embrace it, or continue the divisive identity politics that have taken over the party?

There are TWO people that have an impact on scales: 1. the technician that certifies the accuracy of the scale. 2. The other person, who does NOT put his hand on the scale. Elon was that person !

Again, those identity politics are tough. They were afraid to tell people to stop saying "from the river to the sea", because they couldn't offend the 1% of their party that supports it. At the same time, they call somewhere between 40-50% of the country Nazis. They are completely lost, and I'm not sure they know how to work their way out of it. Easier for them to just call people racists and misogynists, even though we have clear proof that doesn't work.
Of course it doesn't work. People all across the political spectrum are sick and tired of others telling them what they believe and must be thinking simply by being placed in some arbitrary box by others.

I agreed with NONE of Brandon's (or whomever told him what his policies were...) policies, but never abandoned Doug !
Part of it is the Democrats don't win in states with Voter ID. Every state they won this year with the exception of Virginia, doesn't require Voter ID. That is insane.
Florida is the model.
The Arizona ballot is a mess - 4 full pages of national, state, local, judges, and propositions. I vote by mail and it takes a lot of research to figure out many of the races, judges, and propositions. I did take photos of my ballot and was able to pass it along to many people who didn't have the time to perform the research. I honestly don't know how people vote in person for all of that stuff without a lot of prep.
The judges were easy this year - vote to keep the RINOS since a radical Democrat governor would pick the replacement if a judge was removed.
Nobody wants to date a “liberal woman”. A democrat woman isn’t the same as a liberal woman, BTW.
