so just so I'm clear. A guy who got fired at Western Michigan, has had bad offenses the last 2 years and a mediocre offense his first year at Illinois, goes 5-7 this year and that could have easily been 3-9 (and is 4-8 if Riley has Armstrong take a knee) is deserving a two year extension for what reason? Because he happens to be the head coach right now?
