I said 4 wins is the minimum, and I meant the minimum to shut me up about this year. I'm going to violate this in principle by shifting the goalposts a bit, because I also said 3 wins means fire Lovie. The latter is true by any crystal math out there.
So, adapting the old standard, I will grudgingly quiet down with 4 wins and be unhappy about it, but I will shut my face entirely with 5 wins and even smile a bit.
A second Rod Smith year is probably a good thing and I like Rivers at this point. Getting him a bit stronger makes him a pretty large man at QB and the arm is there. DC needs to go or change things, but I honestly don't care what we do as long as it leads to wins.
