After 10 years of mediocrity it seems like Illinois basketball isn't just bad, its irrelevant. It feels like we're going to need to get lucky and find a miracle worker for a head coach in the off season as I'm not sure what proven commodity is going to want to come in and take this job. Someone talk me off the ledge.
Are we in a worse position now than coming off of sanctions in 92-93?
