...and in other news

I guess I would refuse to face reality and focus on one word rather the entire reports if I was in a cult and needed to protect my cult leader. Sad . What America has come to .
One of us is allergic to reality and that is not me.

Your post contained excuses like they might not have all the information. 🤣 🤣 🤣

So, essentially they might have done it, but we don't have any real evidence of it. What kind of attorney are you???

Medicare, Social Security, Medicaid and Interest make up about 57% of the federal budget.

That leaves about 3 trillion left for everything else including Defense. Defense is about a trillion. So if you cut trillions out of the budget, there will be no government left.

Let's see how much is actually cut when the noise dies down. I doubt it will be very much at all.

They are cutting Jeff! They have identified massive fraud, waste, and abuse. Seriously, you are one twisted due. You should be happy that they are identifying and destroying massive amounts of waste. You did say you care about the future of the USA and the budget is a big concern for you.

If you really meant it, you should be thrilled with the work Trump, Musk and Doge are doing. Once they cut the FWA out, then we can examine and address the legit stuff you mention. However, you will be surprised and unsupportive of the much leaner government that results from DOGE. Perhaps the stuff you mention is so riddled with fraud that eliminating it will do a large part of the job.

If the House turns in 26, it really is only half of that.
Look for major election reforms Jeff. The Dems cheated massively in Congressional races this cycle. Every race that flipped went to Dems. Trumps dominant win should have yielded a much greater majority in both houses. Especially since guys like you like congressional candidates more than Trump

The Democrats need a new playbook. This one is old and tiring. And yes. I went out of my way to post a Byron York article because I can.

While the report concludes that the investigation "did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities",[4][5][6] investigators had an incomplete picture of what happened due in part to some communications that were encrypted, deleted, or not saved, as well as testimony that was false, incomplete, or declined.[7][8][9] The report states that Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election was illegal and occurred "in sweeping and systematic fashion",[10][11][12] and was welcomed by the Trump campaign as it expected to benefit from such efforts.[13][14][15] It also identified multiple links between Trump associates and Russian officials and spies,[16] about which several persons connected to the campaign made false statements and obstructed investigations.[4] Mueller later stated that his investigation's findings of Russian interference "deserves the attention of every American".[17]
Sounds a lot like “we found nothing but trust us, there was something- and a lot of it!”

Yep. A lot of non-profs need scrutiny as to their existence and funding.

As someone who had worked in the nonprofit sector for 20 years, Ackman is clueless. To receive government grants, you enter into a very detailed contract with the government that specifies exactly how the money is to be spent and what are the deliverables. In addition, most grants require a Yellow Audit conducted by an outside CPA firm to make sure the money is spent according to the terms of the grant. The US government just doesn't hand out money without oversight. I have never seen a grant from any governmental entity that does not require a ton of paperwork.

How much paperwork would Sesame Street in Iran require ? They had $ 20,000,000 to work with.

Outstanding info you provided. The problem with your response is you missed the main vibe of Ackman’s post. Just a fancier version of stoneaxe deflections.
