Whether you think expiration of tax cuts is a good idea or not, what does it have to do with trying to eliminate Waste, Fraud and Abuse?

I have no problem with eliminating waste, fraud and abuse. There just isn't close to 1.5 - 2 trillion in waste. If there are 2 trillion in spending cuts, people will be hurt.

Cut 500 billion in waste and let the Trump tax cuts expire, it will be the first steps to get the government on better financial footing.

It is hilarious to me that the thing that people in the private sector deal with daily is unfathomable to federal employees. They are freaking out about this. But why not just quickly say what you accomplished the previous week? An opportunity to share your importance, etc. RW Mollie.


Because it isn't the private sector geniuses. Federal workers deal with National Security and law enforcement in many areas. Plus federal worker communications are subject to the Public Records Act and these communications are available to all.
