Here is what has to be defined other than the NTSB findings.

1. Who was at each planes control at the time of collision. Were either on Auto-pilot ?
2. Did both units have collision warning devices active !
3. Were both in contact with ATC ?
4. Were they flying visual flight rules or Instrument ?
5. Is 500 hours more or less than just "normal" hours of Pilot hours or should more be Required ?
6. Were the hours in command ON the actual type of chopper/jet ?
7. Why do military training flights take place in that area at that time ?
8. Certifications of ALL ATC, Army and AA Lines individuals involved !

It's not hard to figure out what happened. The helicopter was 150 higher than allowed in that corridor. The aircraft they had visible contact with wasn't the one they hit.

Also, it takes 1500 hours to be an airline pilot now.

It has nothing to do with a judge. For quite a few years those states have been making their corporate law and trust law particularly anti-creditor so that it is impossible to collect debts. They are following Florida's leads from decades back which make it almost impossible to collect a debt. Think OJ. Also explains why many credit card companies set their "headquarters" in South Dakota, because the state raised their usury rate to about 80%.
 
Fox reported Jim Acosta made 2 million a year. You think Chuck Todd made 4 million a year and Acosta made 20 million.

There appeared to be confusion on the planes in the air, as to their identify in their various flight paths. The chopper seemed to take no evasive moves to avoid collision from the time it appears on the tape I have seen.

We KNOW what happened, we want to know WHY it happened !

Chopper height is easily identified from the pilot areas. High winds are a pain in the butt. I went from the Jersey shore area to the 35 St chopper landing pier. Winds were high and we were being buffeted, so much that our Pilot went below the Verranzo Bridge. My flying partner was on his first flight and was screaming a lot ! (He considered himself a macho guy.)

US Army Pilots are a service selection high priority for the MOST AND BEST GPA cadets post graduates of West Point. The withholding of one name of the victims in the chopper is HIGHLY unusual.
USNA values Pilots of fixed wing planes above chopper Pilots ! John was offered to be moved to chopper from fixed wing, with NO negative notation on his record. He was advised he would have to score 99 on his next test or be sent back to the fleet.
His score ? 100 !
