The 5-star JUCO kid Isaiah Buggs actually initiated the contact with Illinois. The Lovie factor at work on that one. Illinois wisely offered immediately. Auburn the team to beat, but you never know. Buggs looks like a 3-tech on film.
We will follow up with Montgomery (Ala.) Jefferson Davis defensive end Alec Jackson. There's more Illinois interest than previously believed. His visit to Champaign apparently was a good one.
