How would you change the transfer rules?

Most ideas are not too good or unworkable... certainly mine. Nevertheless, here are some thought starters to help restore some semblance of normalcy to college basketball. Discuss amongst yourselves.

1) Only one "free" transfer before graduation. A free graduate transfer only applies to players four years out of high school. The lone exception is when the head coach either leaves or is fired.

2) All schools must make public the NIL deals of each player on their roster. If nothing else, this follows the spirit of openness in information.

3) Schools may name one school a leaving player may not attend and that school must be named within seven days of a player entering the portal. The theory is this will discourage programs from tampering with players before they enter the portal. (I know this will be particularly controversial)
