CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Big Ten Network will broadcast its B1G Tailgate show live from outside Memorial Stadium on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. CT prior to the No. 24-ranked Fighting Illini hosting Minnesota for Illinois' 112th Homecoming game (11 a.m. CT on BTN). Hosted by Brock Vereen, Mike Hall, and Anthony Herron, B1G Tailgate is the home for Big Ten football fans on Saturday mornings with original features, special guests, and Big Ten analysis live from campus.
On-set guests will include Fighting Illini men's basketball head coach Brad Underwood with a current member of the Illini men's basketball team, plus former Illini Jeff Allen, Jeff George and Jeff George Jr. The set will be located in the southeast corner of Lot 31 (across the street from Grange Grove). Illini fans can make signs onsite or bring their own to show live on B1G Tailgate.
B1G Tailgate originates from a different Big Ten campus each week, beginning at 9 a.m. CT leading into the first games of the day at 11 a.m. The BTN Tailgate area is free and open to the public.
