For all of the fretting about the AD job posting, search committee etc. my question is why hurry. Cubit is HC for 2 years, taking him to retirement age and we aren't replacing Groce in the next few weeks. It was less than likely that a new AD would be named until 2016 anyway, start them off in January, and more than likely the AD's first big move will be after the BTT in March. Also what if a change is made in FB? Jan wouldn't be so bad especially if said AD looks to the NFL. Looking back Mackovic worked out pretty good and he was a re-tread.
